MILLICENT LAI joined AR Capital in August 2008 as Executive Director and Portfolio Manager. She has 27 years of investment experience, including 12 years at Schroders where she was a Director and Senior Portfolio Manager with the Asia Pacific ex-Japan equities team. Millicent has played a pivotal role in advancing AR Capital, working closely with Wah Kheong to establish a dynamic and focused investment team with deep global expertise in emerging secular trends.

Millicent obtained her CFA charter in 2000 and holds a First-Class Honours in Management Sciences from the University of Warwick,UK.
